Klara Herudkova

Klara Herudkova graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno. As part of her studies, she deepened her knowledge at Notarial Office in Trebic and cooperated with European Association of Law Students.

After graduating, she worked for more than 6 years in the Prague office of the law firm CHYTRY, VALTROVA & partners. She provided legal services to private clients, businessmen, among others, in the area of development and lease of real property, education, weapon industry, as well as to public municipalities. She also cooperated with well-known law firm Havel, Holasek & Partners on its private client cases.

In past, she participated first of all on provision of legal consultancy in the area of business law, labour law, family law, and law of contracts. She has also broad experience in dispute resolution, particularly in judicial and administrative proceedings including review procedures before administrative courts.

Klara has extensive experience in the area of family law. Klara has a wealth of knowledge over a broad range of divorce proceedings, including proceedings involving a foreign element, and relating issues concerning family settlement, alimony, and custody and care. She has also advanced experience in the area of parental responsibility and paternity suits.

Klara has many years experience of advising on a wide range of employment related issues mainly employment and executive contracts, liability agreements, in-house guidelines and regulations and termination documents. In this regard, she also represented her clients in proceedings before labour courts.

In business law Klara focuses mainly on the establishment of individual forms of commercial companies, corporate agenda, preparing and holding general meetings, as well as with the legal structuring of internal legal relationships within the commercial companies involving relationships with shareholders.

Last but not least, Klara has also extensive experience in preparation and revision of intellectual law contracts and innominate contracts (beside other common civil and commercial contracts).
